The Pierce Fire Department was excited to start a fire cadet program in 2018. This program allows high school students who are between the ages of 16-18 to become a member of our department. Cadets must maintain a minimum GPA and school activities takes priority over department activities. Cadets complete full training for fire fighting and emergency scenes. With parents permission they are able to respond to calls with members where they assist in non hazardous activities. The program is made up of 6 cadets.
